Fall Ball
About the Program
- Fall Ball is a 6-week developmental lacrosse program designed for boys and girls in 1st–8th grade.
- Whether you're brand new to the sport or looking to stay sharp before spring, this is a great way to improve skills, build confidence, and have fun with teammates in a supportive environment.
- Each session includes high-energy drills, small-sided games, and coaching focused on fundamentals, decision-making, and teamwork.

- Estuary Park (201 Mosley Avenue, Alameda, CA)

- Sundays – October 4, 11, 18, 25 & November 1, 8
- 2026 Schedule:
- Girls (1st–8th Grade): Pending
- Boys (1st–8th Grade): Pending
- Registration:
- 2026 Registration will reopen in late summer!
- Equipment:
- Lacrosse sticks will be provided. Players are welcome to bring their own.
- Wear cleats if you have them (no metal spikes).
- We use soft lacrosse balls during clinics.
- Borrowed sticks will be collected at the end of each session.
- Water bottles only on the field. No coffee, food, or other beverages permitted.

- Player Insurance Requirement
- All participants must have an active USA Lacrosse Membership to join.
