Fall Ball
About the Program
Fall Ball is a 6-week developmental lacrosse program designed for boys and girls in 1st–8th grade. Whether you're brand new to the sport or looking to stay sharp before spring, this is a great way to improve skills, build confidence, and have fun with teammates in a supportive environment.
Each session includes high-energy drills, small-sided games, and coaching focused on fundamentals, decision-making, and teamwork.

Dates:
Sundays – October 5, 12, 19, 26 & November 2, 9
Schedule:
Girls (1st–8th Grade): 2:00–3:30 PM
Boys (1st–8th Grade): 3:30–5:00 PM

Equipment:
- Lacrosse sticks will be provided. Players are welcome to bring their own.
- Wear cleats if you have them (no metal spikes).
- We use soft lacrosse balls during clinics.
- Borrowed sticks will be collected at the end of each session.
- Water bottles only on the field. No coffee, food, or other beverages permitted.

Player Insurance Requirement
All participants must have an active
USA Lacrosse Membership to join.
