About the Team

The Alameda 14U Boys team is built for athletes in 7th and 8th grade, offering a competitive yet developmentally supportive environment. Players at this level participate in the East Bay Lacrosse League (EBLL), with structured weekday practices and weekend games. Whether athletes are preparing for high school or picking up a stick for the first time, our 14U program provides the right mix of challenge, instruction, and team culture.

Coaching Philosophy

We focus on helping players grow as skilled athletes and strong teammates. At 14U, our coaches blend technical training with game strategy, while reinforcing core values like discipline, leadership, and respect. We meet each player where they are — pushing experienced athletes to refine their game and welcoming newcomers with patient, positive coaching.
