Teams

Alameda Attack fields boys and girls teams from 1st through 8th grade, offering players a chance to grow with the game every season. Our teams are grouped by age level and focus on building lacrosse skills, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive, competitive environment. All teams are coached by experienced, enthusiastic staff who prioritize player development and fun.

Season Structure

We offer programming in the Fall and Spring, with optional training opportunities throughout the year.

• Fall Ball: 6-week Sunday program focused on skill development and small-sided games
• Spring Season: Our primary competitive season in the East Bay Lacrosse League (EBLL) with weekday practices and weekend games
  Team structure and schedules may vary slightly by age group, but all players can expect a consistent, high-quality experience.

Who Can Join

Alameda Attack is open to boys and girls in grades 1–8, from beginners to experienced players. We welcome new athletes each season and aim to foster a strong team culture, love for the game, and commitment to sportsmanship.
