At this level, our coaches prioritize fun, effort, and fundamentals. We create a positive space where players are encouraged to try new things, make mistakes, and grow every time they step on the field.

Expect a season full of energy, skill-building, and team bonding. Players learn the basics of cradling, passing, shooting, and defense through fun drills and small-sided games. Our focus is on making sure every player feels included and excited to come back each week.

This team is designed for girls in 1st and 2nd grade. Whether they’re brand new to sports or just picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time, 8U is where it all begins — no experience required.
