One of the most unforgettable moments of our season? Hands down: the day the Cal Men’s Lacrosse team made a surprise visit to our boys’ practice. 💙🥍💛

Right before championship weekend, our Alameda Attack boys teams got the ultimate boost of inspiration when a group of Cal Men’s Lacrosse players showed up, jumped into drills, and shared what it takes to compete at the next level. Their energy, knowledge, and encouragement lit up the field and left a lasting impression on every player out there.

From stick tricks and positional tips to post-practice conversations and high-fives, the Cal players made it a day our boys won’t forget. They reminded us all what it means to lead by example and give back to the game.
